Nomination Process
The easiest way to get started is to submit your entry online; you will be assigned an awards advisory, who will be your contact throughout the whole process and offer guidance and assistance.

All nominations will be preliminary examined by the International Brand Equity Research Team. | Winners will have to agree to take up the India Property Awards entry fees. |

Terms and Conditions
- The qualification is based entirely on the entry presented to the judging panel.
- The judges and the organizers reserve the right to withdraw any award if a project is not completed in accordance with the time frame of the eligibility criteria or if successful legal action is taken against a company that retroactively invalidates information given on their entry form.

Selection Criteria
The selection criteria include parameters like infrastructure, years in business, annual growth, completed projects, feedback from customers, and feedback from industry bodies.
JUDGING CRITERIA
- Design Concept
- Building Structure and Quality of Construction, Features, and Amenities
- Titles and Compliance; Execution and Delivery
- Healthy Financial Background
Several crucial factors would be determined to evaluate “on-ground performance” of real estate projects Factors like scientifically graded features, amenities offered in a project, construction progress, timely delivery, habitability, and customers’ satisfaction would be paramount to being adjudged “best.”
The awards would be evaluated on the basis of the ground performance of real estate projects. The projects will be further divided into three key categories:
1) Residential
2) Commercial
3) Retail
The projects should be 10–100% complete before nomination.
Guidelines
The projects submitted for the awards must have all the mandatory government approvals. Awards management has the right to ask for documentary proof for the information provided in the application form. Please make sure that all supporting documents mentioned in the nomination form are duly submitted along with the form or by email.
